you just can't monetize it. (Sell copies or put it up in online music stores). There are a lot of producers letting you monetize on youtube, but other than that, it's not allowed. I'm not saying that these beats are useless though. You can record your vocals over them, make a bunch of compilations and once you have your own producers, you can ask them to remake the beats for you. It's a great step to show people that you're capable of killing a beat. Even now i still use them when i haven't buy a beat yet.
