🎶 How to Play Video & Music Properly in Microsoft Teams

In this step-by-step tutorial, learn how to properly play video and audio in Microsoft Teams meetings. Oftentimes, when you play video or music, your audience is unable to hear. I'll show you how to play system sound. I'll also show which sharing modes support computer sound and which ones don't. Lastly, I also show how to incorporate a video or music into your PowerPoint presentation, so you don't need to switch context. Your audience will be able to watch the video or listen to the audio directly from your presentation while you present in a Teams meeting.

I had to learn this by making that exact mistake. I’m still not that comfortable so I usually have two devices logged in so I can double check to make sure sound is being shared.

Agreed. A lot of people make that mistake when presenting video. 2:17 Being using Teams for a while never knew you can't play sound in a PPT directly. Also liked the background and the fonts used in the thumbnail. Kevin is my favorite teacher because he is a great presenter. Learnt so many things I never heard before. @Kevin, if you start sharing your content without switching include system audio On, you can still enable the system audio sound by moving the cursor to the top center screen, you'll see a drop-down or slide-down screen will appear on the top. Simply select the system audio icon (in the center, I know it doesn't even look like sound icon) to enable the sound. If you do not see the option on there, you may not have the latest version of Teams. I hope this helps some of you with your Teams meetings.

Thx for this amazing video and you can include your computer sound even when you start sharing when you move the mouse to the top of your screen and then u will see a small menu that you can give control to someone or include ur computer sound even after you start sharing 🥰
