I can't reply to Vanessa's comment for some reason, but after the meowing part, he says:

"Did I kill this song for anyone, by the way, hahaha? Everyone's like, "That was our song for my boyfriend and I, and it's about a cat!". That's why the cat comes into your bedroom while you're having sex, listening to the CD."

The joke is, most people think it's a really romantic song, but Mraz originally wrote it for his cat.

This might be one of my favorites songs. I've been trying to understand what Mraz says on 1:52, but my knowledges of english are not good enough. Can somebody tell me what he says? It has been more than two years that i wanted to know.
