Here in the US South (Alabama) they sell white chalk in gas stations that people also eat. I never have though lol

We also have traditional cake made from clay in Vietnam called "bánh ngói". I've never tried it, and you SHOULD, Sonny.

I find Russian Belgorod White Chalk is best. Cleaner. No taste. The last time I had clay from Guyana it tasted like it was soaked in gasoline first. It was horrible. 😶
