I had a chance to ride on Indonesia's high speed bullet train in first class! It was insane!
It has a top speed of 350km/h!

I tried this for the first time this month when visiting my friend who lives in Bandung :) She said she's actually really proud of it because it is the first bullet train in the country and honestly it was really comfortable and smooth. Would def recommend it compared to the 5 hour bus ride I took trying to get back to Jakarta in that traffic 😅

As a Filipino I am happy for the Indonesians with whom we share heritage, but seeing scenes like this also makes me realize what we are missing out on...because our politicians have chosen to become enemies with the big country to the Northwest, rather than become friends with it like Indonesia did.
