This is not a sponsored video!

This is just a short video on how well the Bob'sCNC E4 Evolution carves using a 90 degree vbit.

Here I'm creating a 50 Star Union for a medium size flag using my Bob'sCNC E4 Evolution!

My E4 Evolution is an amazing CNC. It is all made out of wood/MDF and is the most affordable CNC on the market. I had some issues with my older E4 and talked to their customer service. They handled the issue right away and got me taken care of. I even got to speak to Bob himself :)

I used the Easel Software by Inventibles to create the SVG and then exported the g-code.
The Easel Software is free to use for most jobs and I think you get 3 free vbit carvings a month. I pay the $20 a month to get unlimited vbit carving since I make a lot of flags.

Bob'sCNC used a GRBL format to talk to the UGS. (I know that sounds really complicated but the computer does it all).

The point of this video is to showcase how smooth and crisp those stars turn out. I will not have to sand the Union at all!

Let me know what you think below!

Having a video of just the machine running isn’t very informative or useful. You tell us nothing about the set up, speeds and feeds, software, technique, etc. appreciate the sharing but I can watch a machine run any time.
