I really admire your honesty. Most sellers try to make their product look perfect in everything. This leads to general dissatisfaction or even dangerous situations. But not with your product. You let us know what we should and shouldn't do with it. Al sellers need to adopt this.

Seriously tho, the real results... Sometimes things just don't work, and that's okay. Most products have limits! Let's be honest about it. This is still an amazing product, I'd love to have some just can't afford them at this time. Me and my daughter are always trying to be more environmental friendly and this would def help!

It also might have leaked because the bees wax stays sticky with heat and since it got cold the sides might have lost their stickiness and their hold. But I appreciate your honesty this is the right kind of marketing

I like @pandoravex4791 idea. Possibly you could add some already formed ice cubes and then a little water to fill in some of the space. (Or people can use with just ice instead of freezing the water)

It didn't leak because of the material it leaked cause water expands what it turns to ice so it tore it open

A lil leak that can easily be fixed but other than that these are PERFECT for an ice pack (that can be used over and over) I must say so myself! Keep up the good work Goldi Company ❤ your product!!

A tip is don't use cold water. It makes It longer to freeze. Use hot water instead it will be less time to freeze. 🫶𓆉

Water expands when it freezes so maybe leaving a little bit of space in it for the water to go will prevent it leaking.

You guys should look into adding a hemp fabrics line instead of dyed/printed cotton...
the hemp wraps are 100% natural no dyes or colors added.

Ice expands, it’s natural. You should try more of a gel so it won’t completely freeze

Water expands when becoming ice. I would suggest if someone truly wants an ice pack with one of these to put the ice in it and wrap it in a cloth as to not get it too cold directly on the skin.

Maybe a flat surface positioning instead of a bowl before getting it in the freezer? Could be that the fold made it leak or smthn
