1 killed, 3 injured in fall from Palos Verdes Estates cliff

I have walked that trail for years, even a night, it is easy to see the trail. I couldn't imagine how 4 people could fall off that cliff. It sounds as though they were in a car. Most cars that go off the cliff are people attempting suicide. Someone attempted suicide a few days ago by driving off the cliff there.

Journalism 101: "who, what, why, where, when, and how " WHY did they go over the cliff? WHO are they? The call came in at 4:45 a.m. What were they up to?

This is why response time is so slow anywhere. 20+ people just standing around with their arms crossed.

It was a pair of siblings (brother and sister) and each one's boyfriend/girlfriend. They were on foot and it occurred about midnight... The sister had to pee and looked for a place to do so when she slipped, falling only partially down the side of the cliff. (She's the least injured.) All three tried to help her and also fell. Her older brother in his attempt to save her fell to his death. The boy who suffered broken ribs walked four hours on the shore before he was able to get back to street level and find help.
