The main concern was the uniformed female PC, who was so very busy and couldn't (wouldn't) help with your complaint, was all of a sudden free to come and continue the grief on the car park.

Great work to the DS and this video is a fantastic demonstration of why auditing is so important in holding the police to account to make sure that they stay professional at all times and uphold the law --it shows that public auditing of the police is working and actually making a change...brilliant work!

The standard of police officer is farcical. A burglary happens nothing. A camera and whoosh they are all there.

Correct me if I am wrong, but in order for there to be a security breach, the area has to be secure right?

The sergeant was very professional and was smart enough to know that a camera is not a dangerous weapon, and as he knew he would end up on YouTube treated the whole thing with good grace and humour. However, my problem lies with the officers that approach with the attitude that you're in the wrong right from the outset, they are always aggressive and arrogantly talk down to you, and when I say you, I mean to all of us, they just haven't got the ability to just be nice, always that look in their faces that all they want to say to you is "you're nicked". The police must now be hated more than estate agents.

Got to love the Sargeant, professional, courteous and knew exactly that you had him 😀, but the uniformed female was totally unprofessional, she handled the situation like a spoiled brat and total Karen, not like a Constable at all, definitely in that job for a power trip and to be as stroppy as she can.

I'm assuming all the crimes in Uk have been solved with so many blue line gang members hanging out in the parking lot. Complete waste of taxpayers money especially the miss piggies, who don't seem to know the law or their potential to deal with the public 🙄

The Sgt was sensible and if his officers don't either know or understand the law they shouldn't try to use powers that they haven't got. Like many others they try any tactics instead of admitting they should just leave you alone and get on with their work.

First move by DS Charming is to try to gain control of the situation by asking the Auditor to move to an area of his designation. ASSERT YOUR AUTHORITY AND TAKE COMMAND OF THE SITUATION, a classic subtle move! Get em obeying your directives!
