Celiac disease can happen at any age, I was 64. I know of a lady In her 80s who developed celiac disease. I’m glad I was diagnosed late in life.
Thank you for talking about celiac disease.

I am DQ2 positive (homozygous), I have terrible bloating diarrhea and delayed gastric emptying. I have been GF for 4 years but still get sick and think my mom has Celiac, she tested positive. My blood test while eating gluten was negative in 2015.
I worry I am gluten free but don’t have celiac disease . I want to eat gluten, my recent blood test for celiac was negative
My gastroenterologist told me I had non celiac sensitivity and maybe Crohns.
Should I gluten and not worry about it?

wow... no, if you lay off Gluten you'll be just fine. Why not just cut it out completely and see how you feel. do that first... then make 100 doctor visits and line their pockets. These slickos love all the added visits.
