Congress leader Rahul Gandhi Wednesday launched a scathing attack on the Modi government over the Pegasus row and claimed that the Centre has refused to hold discussions on spyware in the House. "We have been told clearly by the government that there will not be any discussion in the house over this. But I am asking, why did Narendra Modi and Amit Shah use this weapon against the democratic institutions of this nation?," he said.

Regional parties can do a lot more in their respective areas. Regional parties aspiring to be national party may not work. Hence supporting national party by the regional parties in national elections and national party supporting the regional parties in state elections is one thing that would desirable and given thought. Now the matter is between the blinds and the seeing
