Theta is the Connection between the 3D world and the spirit world. I earned how to use Theta waves, combined with visualizing, and strong emotions. I didn't really know how to emote so I just made up or imagined the emotion intensely coming from my solar plexus. That year I reached every goal on my list and created an 8 figure company in less than 24 months. That was 21 years ago. Still have lots to learn. Last night I fell asleep listening to this and I went home and had an unexpected check of $1000.... I was in disbelief.

Listening to theta waves will help. I actually opened my solar plexus listening to pure theta waves without the music. When I did this, I don’t know exactly what happened, but I was either in another dimension seeing alternate life or it was my future. Your solar plexus is the subconscious of your body.

This gave me a lucid dream that I shifted to my desired reality. Not bad for a first try where I did little to visualization due to being very tired.

The subconscious is the heart. The heart and the brain communicate 24 hours a day. The heart send more information to the brain than the brain send to the heart. The heart makes decisions regardless of the brain. We can impress the heart through feeling since feeling and emotion are the language of the heart. So it goes idea to Heart, then when impressed back to the brain then down the spinal cord to the body and into the solar plexus which is "feeling in my gut".

Hi Elmer,

Lately I have a bit trouble with sleeping, most of the time i wake up before my alarm at 5 am (I dont mind that last one bc of my morning routine aka mini holiday😄). Last night i started with my imaginal act with this track on.. within SECONDS i must have been knocked out and this morning i woke up at 7 AM and missed my alarm??? Didnt even know that was possible lol
