For me, one of the best things about Terminal 21 (besides the AC) is the food court. By now, I hope you've discovered the value and variety of Terminal 21's food court. It's my go-to for lunch when I am in the area. For clothing, I usually go to the smaller outdoor stalls in the night markets for inexpensive clothing. On a side note, nobody ever mentions the cleanliness of the public bathrooms - especially those in the malls.
