Yup! Dont think Ill ever have a wood fire again. (Outside of emergency need) Got my propane fire pit a few years ago when there were bans due to CA fires. Also because we were getting sick of smelling like smoke every night. I used to love building and maintaining wood fires, but the convenience of the propane pit has won me over. Want 5 mins of fire in the morning, easy on easy off. Never have to have more fire than you need/want. Never have to collect, bring or buy wood.

I love my propane fire pit. I often camp solo and building a wood campfire for one seems a bit unnecessary. Also, here in California, burn bans are very common but I've always been able to use the propane fire pit!

Thanks for the review. I'm thinking of getting one with increasing firebans here in Canada 🍁. I already have the Snowpeak Takibi, UCO Flatpack, Fireboxstove 5"and ultralight picogrill's 85 & 398 for wood fires 🔥 so this would be a great addition.

I like the idea of the rocks. I’m also curious about the Solo Stove.
