Just wanted to say thanks Robert. Im 32 and just started playing guitar about 6 months ago. Your videos always give me ideas to practice on and inspiration to keep learning and getting better. I love it. Anyway rambling done. Thanks man

Now you need to do a "Better Without Wah" video. 🤷‍♂️😁

On Philip McKnight's channel he was selling a bunch of gear a few weeks back. I bought a mini cry baby wah from him and use it on my Marshall DSL40C. Never used one before. Love the wah for that little extra touch!

Follow this up with a video..."Why all riffs need wah!" LOL. Good stuff like always man. Inspired. Watching now.

I only felt the Cream tune really. Everything else seems to drowned in the saturated tone.

I'm sure someone else beat me to this, but to get the perfect sound of Money For Nothing-use a wah pedal about 1/3 open.

The real sound was kind of an accident. If I recall correctly it had something to do with accidental phase cancellation between the channels on the mixer used for the lead guitar, and was left in.

Anyway, yes Mr. Baker- wah can be easily overused. I stand guilty of having fallen into that trap!

Carry on the great videos!

I use the Mark tremonti, morley ! No on or off switch ! A slight adjustment after the factory and it's there when you need it. With a booster knob for soloing ! Enough to cut through the mix !

I've been rockin a Snarling Dogs Whine-O since buying it used in back in 2000. The eyes still light up and all 3 modes still work great!

I have a Dunlop Custom Audio Electronics wah I got about a month ago. Great sound, it has two modes and a boost switch. Since I'm a big Soundgarden fan I had to get the same wah Kim Thayil uses. Turning on the boost with the wah down makes a really good lead tone.

I have a vox 847 wah and absolutely love it. I love any vox wah’s. I’m a huge hendrix fan so I tend to lean towards that kind of wah tone.
