As a Tigers fan, I miss JV so much but I'm very happy for him that he went on to win a championship.

Verlander has a 97 mph fastball, an 87 mph slider with a nasty break, and an 80 mph curveball with a big break. He can throw all pitches for a strike. And was pumping 97 mph into the 9th inning. This guy is somethin else

That's awesome that his 2500th strikeout happened to be against someone who's a big deal this year.
Amazing!

Ohtani is an average player. Which isn’t a bad thing, but batting against A plus rotations. He’s a C+ at best. In a year or two when the hype is gone, he’ll stick to pitching. Which is still a great starter to have haha but still. Astros showed the league that.
