It's always a good idea to wait at least 24 to 48h before even thinking of rebalancing. Had to learn this lesson too. But most of the time it's the best you can do

I agree, I recently went out of range then waited and researched more and found a better pool that I can then deploy into with a wider range and making more than my tighter range prior. Another point that has helped me is depending on the pair of course my ultimate goal is to acquire more of that coin, the price in the short term in irrelevant.

I have a variety of strategies, small positions of very tight ranges are decent because you do not suffer the IL, then have medium size positions in wider ranges to be earning 24/7 and do not feel the temptation to chase and rebalance your out of range positions. Also have longest ranges just in case everything goes to shit, these are your insurance. Good video.

Some LP tokens in narrow pools seem to continually drop in price... like BNB/USD etc, even though the price of BNB has gone up alot over that time. Any idea why this phenomenon may happen? I thought in a pool like that, if the price of BNB increased, the LP token would atleast still go up some amount, not actually lose value.

Love your content! But how do you deal with smart contract risk? Hacks and lose of fund in liquidity pool happens a lot even in big dex like uniswap, how many % of your total capital will be allocated to liquidity farming and do you diverse the same pair to multiple dex to lower your risk (even though some dex may offer a lower return)?

Perfect timing, I needed some extra education around ranges and how to provide. Do you have any resources to forecast your apr in a certain range with your desired assets? I like the way Orca does it but it seems defillama can sometimes give incorrect or even highest apr at times.
