By mistake sir forgot to calculate D->EC
Answe of HW question is YES

Sir I think Follow(C) and Follow(E) must be {$, a, b, h} because here u forgot to consider productions D->EC | b | epsilon and E ->CDb | epsilon while finding follow of C. Please correct me if I am wrong!
