Sewing theme journal, DT project for Artymaze

This is my latest design team project for Artymaze, and also a journal swap with my friend Laura Bame, from the papered soul.
Laura and I have both used the sewing theme kit from Artymaze, and made a soft cover journal for each other. I made a second journal, and this is a flip through of that journal.
I also used the sewing ephemera kit from Taylor made journals, as it complimented the kit from Artymaze perfectly.

In my last video, I showed items Laura sent me from her store, and I have used some of those items too.

The journal measures approx 81/2 x 61/4, and there are around 80 pages front and back.
I also made a smaller note book to use along side the journal, based on the envelope tutorial from Andrea (link to the tutorial below)

Carol I think this is the nicest sewing journal I have seen yet, it is just so well thought out. I am not a great seamstress but this is so perfect for a quilter or serious seamstress. This is simply gorgeous, love it beautiful work TFS

I like the addition of felt. After we shear the sheep, I clean, card, dye, then felt it. Most of it goes to winter clothing, but I've used some to cover a few journals. If I make nuno felt, sometimes it gets used on a page. I love the texture.
