You can also set your audio sample to the “beats” warp mode in ableton and click the thingy with the arrows and put in on the single arrow, then click transients and put it on 1/8 or 1/16 and lower the envelope slider

change warp mode to “Beats” then choose 1/16 or whatever you like most and most fit and then change the arrow with arrow and vertical line. lastly change the value of the effect and you are ready. thank you🎉

I just used the Max for Live LFO and side-chained it to the Compressor and also tried with it mapped to Utility Gain.

If you just use auto pan then it won't work live due to mono systems and it only panning the signal not cutting it like volumeshaper would.
