Sorry if you were expecting some really good animation, I cant animate to save my life.
(Half this animation is 2 months old, because I started this in March, and finished in May. that's why some of the lighting and movements seems off)

Hey everyone, since this video is going to be 4 years of pretty soon, and that it is my most popular video (at the time of me saying this) I've been thinking. I thought I'd give my... well, thought, on this, and good god there's so much to say I however wanna cram in a tighter space.

Let's start with two simple categories, what I really liked vs what made me cringe. (I put spaces at some places where the whole thing felt a bit too blocky to my taste)

Great moments/ideas : Inclusion of many models, brings variety.
0:38 That one, god I visible recoiled on my bed.
Having Boris singing at the piano, darn I loved that one, not sure why but I do.
1:03 THE frame where Henry looks up just cracks me up, I have no idea or explanation, I really don't, it just makes me laugh.
1:32 Okay, that moment really disturbed me, like, you see a monster, coming out of cartoon personage's open chest, and singing at that?! Nope, nu-uh, thanks but no thanks, no sire!

Okay, okay, the entire shot with Sammy dancing must've been in my third favorites moments in the video, it's both really funny to look at yet fitting given he was the music compositor at the time the studio was going.
2:09 Including the idea of the first Bendy model that had the head splitting as a robot puppet thingy was actually clever I think (at least if that was made intentionally), took me a moment to realize why this model's head seemed familiar.
2:21 Alice shut up! You're dead so shut up! (made me laugh but... explained later)
2:23 Lost One against the wall : *splat* Lmao
I actually enjoyed some of the slower scenes over the fastest ones, they seemed more fleshed out, the animations felt smoother then the faster jumpscare-y scenes and other abrupt transitions. A good example is the part where Bendy looms over the "relics", or when the Bendy cutout gains glowing eyes with the effect of a liquid reflecting light in the dim room, this was a more tranquil scare, but it actually scared me more then then second time the cutout was used to make one.
My favorite transition is when there'S the tunnel of ink, I simply loved it.
Finally, I really appreciated the fact the camera reacts to the beat of the song, I just like it when people do that.

Bad ideas/moments : First of all, the blur thing, either keep it for the whole video, or don't use it at all, some shots where's completely blurred, and no I'm not talking of those made towards the end, and those ones I just couldn't tell what the focus of the scene was.
Now to the opposite, we have these scenes where no blur is present, which I honestly think is good for the scenes where the focus is evident and/or a wall is close instead of being in an open room, but can also be a disadvantage if some of the shots you did were supposed to appear as being from a camera, but I just watched it twice so I could be wrong here and this wasn't your intention.
Now, the lip sync is... average, but some scenes REALLY fall behind, it's especially and painfully obvious when we see the part with Alison, Tom and Alice supposed to be dead, the lips don't sync AT ALL.
Some animations felt jarred, clumsily executed, even despite the fact some of said scenes were jumpscares. Like, what's with Henry like... bobbing back and forth at 0:56? Sure it makes it a bit funny, but at the same time it just looks weird. Also, poor dude really needs more pronounced facial expression, he just looks dumb. Simply, I don't know, making him look suspiciously at his surroundings would've made him more realistic and dare I say, human.
Talking of Henry, his introductory transition just... I cringe, real hard. Still don't know why, there's just something about the whole "spinning the image around" thing that doesn't stick with me here, it feels wrong, like it's misplaced.
*chuckles* Alright, you're probably gonna hate me for doing this, but I'm just going to make my best impression of Animation Sins and point out some really dumb errors. 1 : at 0:15 you forgot to put a screen to project on. 2 : 0:22 that face, THAT FACE IS NOT OKAY. Seriously you made me feel like Bendy was an old creepy pervert or something like that, that might just be me, but this face seems worst then any other face in the video. Also the light makes it look like Bendy is made of paper. 3 : I get that you tried to stay with the style of the game, but between the smooth, polished and reflective models and the originals AND then the super gritty like ones, the style of the character just feels very inconsistent, although all models fit very well, it's just the different ways the models are textured that unnerves me, but it'S something I felt like I had to point out. 0:10 is the perfect example since here we see Boris' smooth and shiny model vs Bendy's very rough appearance, and I mean it in the texture Bendy's skin seems to have, it's actually the creepiest Bendy in the vid in my opinion. And here's the third type at 0:29, the "og BATIM" style, I don't really know how to call it. So yeah, try to stick to one kind of texture for the models, I know animating is a very long process, even more for good quality content/longer videos, but still, this sort of mismatch between the characters is just something I can't let go without talking about it. 4 : 0:45 What's that black thing behind Bendy? It just feels distracting. Like, really distracting, I only noticed his wings on the second watch. 5 2:06 Brute Boris' muzzle just... wiggles... Is Brute Boris actually jell-o? 6 : having Tom and Alison singing at the "It's Bendy and the Ink Machine" line just felt misplaced, they felt out of context here, and don't get me started on Suzie, who is dead anyway!

I guess that's all. Despite the mistakes here and there, I really like the animation, and I seriously don't regret sharing my thoughts on this one. I know it's been like a year and a half, but I hope that if you see this comment, maybe it will still help you with something you may still be struggling with to this day, and if not, then that's fine! Maybe you've worked on these problems during the last year, I would have to see some of your most recent content to judge though, but overall, I think it's already very good quality.

Now excuse me, but it's one and a half in the morning and I need sleep, bye.

Ps : and it's also a good change from the usual MC animations I stumble upon.

Oh wow, the new models are already available! That was quick. I like the Frankin-Boris and the Bendy animatronic. Allison Angel is still growing on me. Something about her eyes puts me off.

Edit: I don't mean this in like, a mean way. Its just so many people were kind of giving me shit for using different Bendy models in this. And while I understand their reason's, it just got annoying to the point I got mad about it.
