I have the G and purchased the brass gun barrels but I have no plans to go any farther with aftermarket kits. I find the kit the finest B-17 kit out there.

OK. Got to ask. How much was the Plane and how much for the add-ons because they're pretty pricey on this side of the pond.

basically keep up the good work, I believe in modellers do help modellers even if they are in other countries this is a hobby not a sport have fun with it ....cool

If you want to do the Movie Version of the Memphis Belle, you probably need to use the G Kit and remove the Chin Turret.
As far as i know, the B-17 they used was a converted G.

Hi new subscriber here , comment have you ever considered the Destroyer class of B-17 these were generally the older B-17's fitted with extra guns, these were used around the time of the up coming mustangs, an example of this bomber is old 666 it had 19 guns on it ..just a thought & suggestion only, I agree this model of the b-17 should have it's own channel a lot of involvement here, 12 months & still going, any tips would help keep up the good work I am watching

very informative. just purchased the HK 1/32 scale B-17 E/F. But... you are driving me crazy in how you pronounce decals. its DEE- cals. (dēkal) NOT "deckles".. it does not rhyme with freckles! LOL! the e is long.
