You're not the only one who had a "not so great" experience at limecrime. I'm so disappointed in them. They already have a shit reputation, you would think they would work on their customer service skills to remedy that but I guess they don't care! MAC is way better anyway :) I need those sigma brushes in my life! Been wanting them forever!
