Govt should use physical force to get bill paid on time. Without bill amount, power generation department will not be able to purchase adequate coal which will effect power generation. Without coal, complete blackout is inevitable. So govt should make sure bill get paid on time. Use police, rangers, army ... for this crisis. Govt need adequate tax collection to get IMF bailout package amount on time . Without IMF bailout, their will be shortage of dollar.

Pakistani citizen want to enjoy on dollar from IMF but when it comes to return money (in form of taxes) they are protesting. Govt should increase 500% tax on bill amount. No tax means no IMF dollar from bailout package. Return money of - IMF, Paris club, China, Saudi Arabia, UAE, ... etc. Pakistan govt is imposing tax on fuel and electricity just to return their money back . Pakistan enjoyed a lot in past now its time to return every dollar with interest.
