This is one of the powers the federal government absolutely does have. Circuit courts cannot usurp long established law, and to do so is a criminal act. The conflicts of interests this judge has only compounds these illegal actions.

As an American, I would just like to see the administration proceed with the deportations as planned. Ignore every illegitimate order.
