Just got it and it sounds fantastic in its own right. I still prefer the Deckards Dream for 'that' sound...paired with a lexicon and it's just bliss. Now I can get these same flavors on the go and bring it back to the DD in the studio. Keep it up Softube!!

yeah, the digital reverb takes over, but remember the days of mono after touch, one key press in a chord ruled the rest, but wanted poly.bit wonder if the expression of one violin string mod would be noticeable in live stage volume. Could see it in just a synth solo interlude, where a note or two slides off into echo or other mod. Just saying playing in a loud rock band you press keys pretty hard, so my pressured leslie was always apparent! Love the Omni like fades thou , 😊😊

What I don’t understand is the fact that you have press shift for some functions.
One hand for shift, the other hand on a mouse:
How are you supposed to play the instrument?

Sounds great but the aftertouch needs some work. Usually developers use some midi resolution smoothing in the background to make it really usable. This emulation doesn't seem to have that hence it's pretty choppy.

Replying to my own comment - Cannot download trial. Of course this due to iLok BS. How about letting potential customers download the file or at least provide a PDF indicating that iLok activation/linking is required? This is the reason I try to avoid plug-ins that use iLok.

So, no Chorus of tremolo then? Like a dual Layer CS-60(which also lacked chorus and tremolo) and not a CS-80?
The extremely big sounding great reverb hides this to a bit plus the spread features. Like a mix between an Oberheim and a dual layer CS-60?
And that with polyphonic aftertouch is in it self simply great for that reason! And that "built in" reverb seems to be a big, big part of the sound!
But not a CS-80 emulation then! Well, that is, if you would call a Juno-106 without the Chorus (but with Stereo spread and a big reverb) a Juno-106.
Don't get me wrong, this Synth sounds absolutely great but for other reasons than being a CS-80 emulation (Which it obviously isn't)

Love your synths! 🥰 But: naming them after the year they released was a *horrible* idea, because i have to stop thinking about the sound i want to make, and reset my brain to remember what year the synth was released. It’s entirely different parts of the brain, creativity vs data storage. And it drives me up a wall, every single time i have to choose one from your list of almost-identically named synths. It’s a distraction from my creativity that is 100% unnecessary. (Opinion)

This synth cannot work on Catalina and I am happy about this. No reason to purchase it.
