I was testing platforms so there isn’t sound in the beginning. Don’t worry it comes on! Thank you for being patient with me.

I just spent 10k on a gov con course and pretty much drowned in the over abundance of information it takes to be “caught up” to speed. I like how you keep it simple and make the actionable iterms actually ACTIONABLE! Will be checking in with you!

Thanks for sharing! As someone new to Government Contracting would you speak to connecting with subcontractors meaning questions that you ask them to vet and guage their interest in working with you? Is it worth speaking to subcontractors that have government experience or is it preferable to look for those who do not? If a subcontractor agrees to work with us do we need to have an agreement in place with them? And what does that look like? Do we simply explain to the subcontractor that it's government work and then copy the scope of work and ask them to confirm their ability to do the work along with providing their pricing? How do we protect ourselves against the subcontractor who backs out after winning a government contract? I assume multiple bids but I ask these questions because I don't see that anything else matters if you can't get by this particular hurdle of working with subcontractors and how to go about it properly.

Question: what if my profession is tree service? is there anywhere I can narrow the search filter to specific tree services needed?

$97 a month is awesome, one woman charges $55, 000 for her 90-day training

Hey Kizzy when you call a subcontractor to inquire about their services for a bid, would you send them all docs related to the bid, just the bid sheet or what?

Let's say you're starting from scratch with no registered business (llc) or all the documentation needed to work with the gov. What documents are needed and cash or credit to get the deal done?
