👍 EEPROM Programmer

Here I am working on building my own custom Nintendo game. To start off with, I am actually building a copy of Arkanoid just to see if I can get everything to work. Once I have everything up and running we can move on to more fun things like programming. In the beginning video you can see that I have problems with the cic chip And in the second half of the video I go over how we resolve the problem and what issues I found.

I’m trying to use AVRCIC, but I only get a solid grey screen. I’ve confirmed my EPROMs work and I also reset the console to where it stops flashing in order to set the region, but my game won’t come up. I tried programming the chip myself and buying some pre-programmed chips from a respectable seller but I get the same result both times. Do you have any advice?

You're right about it being a compression, the dot tar extension is a Unix compression file
