Hi Gay. Praying for you Dear. So sorry about your head being stuffed up. Wondering, \what you think about substituting chard (or other greens) for the spinach? We have a lot of chard in our garden and I am looking for new ways to prepare it. Thinking this would work great.

Did I miss you adding garlic/onion powder? I’m not a big cooked spinach lover but feel the additions would really make that good. Cottage cheese too maybe?
