Mark wanted me to let you know that he's actually my older brother and that he doesn't appreciate it when I call him my little brother. Classic little brothers, am I right?

How Is everyone ignoring the fact that Matt is wearing a SHIRT!

I'm working on productivity, so I've only watched the first 44 seconds of this video to save time and will be making my decisions based off of that. Thanks Matt!

All jokes aside, this man took a bite out of a stick of butter for our entertainment. That’s dedication right there ladies and gentlemen

I've been following your work for years now, but I still can't get over how precise and on-point your cinematography is. Truly a master of your craft, I can only aspire to get there someday!

Replacing "Why is this happening to me" with "what is this trying to teach me" is a game changer.

Delegating has been really difficult for me and it’s mostly because of perfectionism too.

The thing that helped me do it more was the realisation that “delegating a task doesn’t mean you’ve given up on it; it means that you’re unwilling to accept your own subpar work for that specific task and you know you someone else will do better.”

Love how your morning routine actually starts with prepping the night before - from laying the clothes out to grinding the coffee! Packing my gym/ work bag the night before definitely helps me reduce the friction to head out early to the gym before work too. 👍

For me I’ve found that I overestimate what I can get done in a day or week and underestimate what I can get done in a month or quarter. I think that’s half the battle honestly is being realistic with how much you can do and make sure to focus on what’s gonna make the biggest impact long term.

Thought we were about to see 13 minutes of Matt D’Avella jokes for a second there what a TREAT that would have been
(enjoyed what we got instead, still)

A true Youtuber would throw down an affiliate link to that butter and paper towels, so we can try and get on your level! 😆
This was a cool change of pace. Great video Matt!

Let’s be honest, you also like to geek out over clever ways to keep us entertained.😂❤️ I’m in awe of your talent and brain; it’s constantly coming up with content, it’s so inspiring. Any way you deliver it, we’re here for it. 🌞

He filmed himself importing footage then had to import said footage again. Nice

False: Productivity is doing more stuff.

True: Productivity is optimising your ability to get from where you are now, to where you want to be.

I am way happier, more grateful and more tolerant with not being too productive after watching Matt’s real productive days. They’re inspiring, real and honest. You don’t have to cook the healthiest meals everyday, workout, or meditate pretending that you’re actually meditating while in reality you’re worried because you’re not producing anything while you’re meditating… even dancing is ok! Matt is great because he doesn’t pretend to be a machine. 🙏

In my experience, the best way to be more productive/arouse some energy is "simply" to remove obstructions. A happy person has a lot of energy

I find it very inspiring how you set a dedicated amount of time for work but also for rest. Trust me, actively stopping yourself from working more is actually a very good quality, especially if you haven't finished everything on your to-do list. Plus, it makes the quality of one's work better
