You probably have too items to do this and/or it would take you a month to complete, but i think digitizing your wardrobe would be an absolute game changer for you, especially because of the volume of pieces you have. You could keep track of all of them and it would make it so much easier to find things for look books and videos. Something to look into perharps!

I've never seen a closet clean-out using a flat lay to show what was being kept and what was being given away. Very cool and great visual. Also never seen a closet clean out where I wanted so many of the clothes! haha

I think we have very different styles but I really love so many of your clothes! I also hugely appreciate how neutrally you talked about growing out of clothes, and keeping aspirational clothes but only for style reasons, not size reasons! My friend has OCD and has the same habits and struggles but she’s been clearing out her closet too. It’s a lot of work and she has to fight off that nagging feeling to not let things go, the fact you took this step is something to be proud of!
