The Volta Sound - Zen Is Everywhere (Live)

Formed in 2000 by Mike Cormier (vocals, acoustic guitar, tambourine) with Ben Yawns (guitar, trumpet, trombone), Matt Cassidy (electric guitar, vocals), Todd "T.D." Vainisi (combo organs), David Geddes (bass), and Mike Prieto (drums), this Ohio collective shared a vision of Spacemen 3 style space rock! Their laid back psychedelia is hugely underrated and, even though i've only recently become aware of them, they have very quickly become one of my favoutite artists of recent times. Some of their guitar tones are just sublime!

This track is from their Fast Light With Radio Signal EP and is a live take on the superb Zen Is Everywhere.
