Thank you for The video. It helped me learn to operate the remote. I was having a hard time with the fan speed. I learned that the fan has 31 speeds. Now I know How to turn it up. Count the increments and don't concentrate on the remote low to HI light so much!

Just bought this fan from Lowe’s but it has a control box with many more wires on it. Not the typical 3 wire connection like in your video

So we lost our screws for this set up, our has a lot more wires yet is the same fan, but in silver. I guess my question is, how do i find replacment screws. We had a toddler over the day we got the fan and we prematurly opened the box to see how much it was actually take to install and we cant seem to find them anywhere
