ever tried pre heating and streching the vinyl b4 u apply it to mirror . then heating it and let it shrink back instead of heati g it and pulling it to the edges . after time it will shrink back and leave a gap the way u are doing it

Have tried using the 5% 4 way pre-stretch

You make it look so easy i tried to do the mirror with crome 3 or 4 times now and I still can't get it these angles are not easy with chrome. Chrome is very forgiving.

What kind of tool is it you are using to soften out the vinyl? just a hard plastic piece or?
