No Mixer, No Molasses Gingerbread Cookie Recipe

Gingerbread Cookie recipe | Christmas cookies | Molasses cookies

No Mixer Royal Icing recipe
Ingredients:

150g Ising Sugar (1½ cup)
4g Egg White Powder (1 tsp)
15-20g Water (1-1½Tbsp)
5g Lemon Juice (1 tsp)

Or if you using liquid egg whites

150g Ising Sugar (1½ cup)
1 Pasteurized Egg White (30g)
5g Lemon Juice (1 tsp)

- you can color your icing;
- the best way to keep icing from drying out is to put it into a ziplock;
- you can store your royal icing for 2 days in refrigerator;
- or for up to 2 month in freezer;
- after freezer or refrigerator let it come to room temperature, mix it well and use;
