When feeling overwhelmed, take a short walk/hike. I encourage all of you to go sit on a stump in the woods, any path is fine. Listen to the birds sing. Breathe the goodness which the trees and plants offer us. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine in trees, passing time in your own company cannot be better for the mind.
