Is this a smart meter connected to my inverter that I need for this to work as shown in the video? Is there anything else required?

My system does not show Consumption data. I only show production data on my app. It would be great to be able to get support on this monitoring app since no one from SolarEdge has home owner supprt.

The blue light on my inverter is rarely on so it can be a full day before I can see my prduction is this normal for cell communication?

It's possible that the app you are demonstrating here is NOT the one the rest of us have. In fact I am positive because my app has none of this information.
