The Service Delivery Manager will focus on planning, directing and coordinating the operations of the Regional Support Center. The team performs the Service Desk function for our Partners – delivering 1st and 2nd line support, as well as providing business advice and process and tool training, so that our Partners can operate most efficiently. The SDM will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the teams through the provision of effective methods and strategies. The person will also be responsible for the administration of the TSE Enterprises entity.
