Rohit Sharma is on brink of retirement. Depending on his fitness he might be playing for 3-4 years max. MI will have to look to someone else for captaincy. And Hardik has lead GT to two finals which only few franchises have managed to do.

IMHO, MI could have handled this captaincy switch better way.
