FakeSteel Armory: New Kevlar blade tip reinforcements

Newly we put a woven Kevlar sleeve in the tips of our blades! This replaces the previous reinforcement with rubber hoses, which proved to be less durable.

When the tip was struck hard, the rubber could break, which then no longer provided the necessary support to the foam blade tip.🤕
We spent the whole of April testing the durability of the new Kevlar reinforcements and we are satisfied. The resistance of the tips is considerably higher even with repeated strong blows to the edges and surfaces of wooden shields.💪
No material can withstand everything, but now the overall durability of the blades is at a really high level. Check out this video of the new blade types being tested.⚔️

Zdravím, mám od vás jednoručku na kekel od Šehaka a nevěřil jsem, že pěnová věc přežije kekel, natožpak několik kekelů. Za mě rozhodně palec hore. Čekal jsem přeštípnutí od hran štítů, přileb atd. ale nic z toho se neudálo. Bylo by možný takovou čepelí osadit železnou záštitu? (Tuším, že ano...) Ideálně i celý koš alá skotský palaš?
