There are 4 occupations that are always hiring: law enforcement, education, medical, , and transportation. I’ve been a truck driver for 10 and hate my job because I know how crooked it is.

I’ve yet to figure out why trucking companies go to great lengths to screw their drivers. Without drivers the corporate bean counters wouldn’t have a job or a paycheck. There would be no company without drivers.

Hire certified candidates and not require them to do you academy.

After 27 years I can tell you that if your interested in Law Enforcement, your out of your mind. The job sucks and you deal with assholes, and in some cases you work with assholes, but most are good. Stay away!
