Shit Weather, Great Winter Fishing

Within minutes the first fish was landed. A promising start on this deep sea trip! Despite the weather being absolutely garbage the fishing turned out to be awesome. This was definitely a trip where the heated cabin was appreciated, with only 3°C wind and rain.
Landed a nice common ling and a large pollock. The place I was fishing is Bjørnefjorden in Hordaland, Norway ( Western Norway ). All the fish was caught on squid hooks with mackerel as bait.
