The climb is a beautiful gem, hidden amongst bushland that has been heavily impacted by industrial resource sectors. Grade 31/ 5.13d/ 8B, sixty degrees overhung sporty climbing up a thin crack in Newnes Plateau, NSW, Australia. Filmed in 2021/22.

What an incredible route and an incredible film! I loved the humor, the character of Jacques, the high quality cinematography and the voice-over. Most of all I appreciate just how much you managed to fit into the film within 20 minutes: you address environmentalism, the location of the route, Jacques and his backstory, and most importantly the climb itself.
