Big Celtic fan here, and I can not but respect chaps like Goram, McCosit, and bomber Brown. Guys that loved there club as I love my Celtic. Would have had any of them in the hoops strip. Goram was in goals when I was in high school, and just like Tommy he broke my heart on so many occasions, but only because he was a superb goal keeper, and to this day I still have to say one of the best goal keeper I have seen in my life time. R.I.P Andy Goram.

I’m a massive Celtic fan and Andy broke my heart regularly in the 90s but I’m very sad to hear he has passed, no one deserves that pain. He was without doubt a top goalkeeper . RIP Andy 💚

Made his debut at oldham athletic under joe royle at 16 years of age, watched him many times at boundary park, great goalkeeper and massive influence on the team, lots of fans have watched him progress into the big time, were he deserved to be. RIP goalie oldhams apprentice Rangers tradesman

Lost my dad at 58 to cancer and it really is heartbreaking, I can understand every emotion that Andy’s family have been going through, he definitely made my life and I’m sure hundreds of thousands of other Rangers fans life so special with his performances for Glasgow Rangers over the years 🔴⚪️🔵🇬🇧

A true fitbaw man no matter who you supported, loyal to the core, even cellik fans loved his loyalty, there are players on both sides who transcend the old firm, alleged hatred, but to be honest when it comes down to it both gers n cellik fans are the best in the world

This is so touching. Brought me to tears. Having worked in palliative care as a GP years ago it’s reassuring to know that cancer care is still excellent. Andy played for my club Man U and was a gent!
