This AI Chrome Extension Is Amazing!

In this video I take a look at the new Perplexity Chrome extension. It absolutely blew me away. It's actually much more impressive that what I was getting from Bing lately. There is one major flaw with it that frustrates me but, outside of that, I'll be using this extension a ton!

If you click on the little chain link, it copies the result into a link so that you can open it in a separate tab without losing the answer!

Thanks for this Awesome Information - I added it myself and found out it will open in a full page and after asking a few questions and getting them answered -- the page does not close and vanish, it stays open where you can ask more questions which is Freaking Cool! If you click the links that Perplexity gives you while holding CTRL it will open them in a new tab without closing the extension.

for the product one and another one it just said the same stuff that was on the page. but longer. is it worth the time to try and save time if it takes more time to do it? scrolling to that part of the page seems a lot quicker. 🤷‍♂

Around minut 6, you were saying you were wanting to check some suggested sources but didn't want to leave the Perplexity page. Did you try right clicking on the link and opening it up in a new tab? That would keep the Perplexity page open and where you left-off.

I’m really tracking these tools and how they will being implemented in classroom. Although I grew up with the internet turning on in the classrooms, being a teacher during this paradigm change in accessing information will be fascinating to watch.

I predict a ton of knee jerk reaction but there are teachers embracing the New to make our students future proof.
