Lean on that 592 like you did the 500 and she’ll cut even faster! I’ve got both saws love both! When guys talk weight yes the stihl takes it but when you can cut faster it might be less time on the back.

592 is bad man! 500i is a bit smaller but the 592 is a beauty

462 Magman and 572XP are great saws, the 500i is just a 462 with fuel injection

Husky’s tend to have more rpm’s, Stihl tends to have more torque, both are great saws.

If you worked the 500 as steady as the husky, she’d run similar. The injection module loves it when you dig her in keep her steady. Rocking it means the efi needs to constantly adjust. Push the stihl stead/consistently you’ll get a better result. Both great saws, but they need different style of driving!

He ran both saws differently. He kept the Husky reved up and didn't the Stihl, and he rocked the Stihl as well.

If your taking down big trees yes the husky has more power but if your cutting fire wood that 500i is much easier on the back. Different tools for different jobs. Pound for pound that 500i is taking home the prize.

I've git a 372xp husqvarna. It's all the saw I need..got low milage 076super stihl.. if we do have to cut a giant tree.

Seems like either one cuts a hell of alot faster than a two man hand saw. Not to mention I don't have any friends willing to help with one.
