I'm interested in that the fact that you think vegetarian foods can includes ham—Bittman's 'sushi' recipe was hardly vegetarian. To call it that is a distortion of the facts.

I'm fairly sure Bittman is busy doing other stuff, you know, things that count. Did you know he runs marathons? Maybe you'll have more luck meeting him that way.
