According to Human development index USA is not even considered in top 20 most developed country. HDI depends on health, medical fecility, reserch, GDP per capita, cleanliness, polution control, average life span, culture, diversity and history. Everyone know Americans are not fit enough to be included in this list .

All are from Europe, Oceania and America except Japan. I think the men and women of this world haven't visited Bhutan, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Cambodia. Things, nature and people even economic not that huge as other countries but fit and fine for survival are found in these countries.
