Thank you for the lesson, for highlighting the stress in each word, and for writing in script. Additional insights:
1. под is a preposition that requires the instrumental when no movement is involved and the accusative with movement.
2. давать (=to give) is the imperfection verb from the imperfective/perfective pair давать/дать.
3. я отдам деньги, я даю слово (=I will return the money, I give my word): the first verb is the perfective отдать (=to return, to give back) from the pair отдавать/отдать. The second verb is the imperfective давать (=to give) from the pair давать/дать.
12. идти (=to go by foot, unidirectional) is the imperfective verb from the pair идти/пойти.
14. я просто хотел помочь (=I simply wanted to help): here we have the imperfective verb хотеть (=to want) from the pair хотеть/захотеть. The second verb is the perfective помочь (=to help) from the pair помогать/помочь.
15. начинать (=to begin) is the imperfective verb of the pair начинать/начать.
18. граничить (=to border) is an imperfective verb with no perfective pair.
23. видеть (=to see) is the imperfective verb of the paid видеть/увидеть.
24. я потом всё расскажу (=I will tell you everything later). потом (=after) is an adverb. Here we have the perfective verb рассказать (=to tell) from the pair рассказывать/рассказать.
