This is the worst design of a cgm to put in. I just upgraded from my 670 and was hoping the cgm was changed. I remember too many times trying to put it in alone and being in pain just trying to pull the needle out.

I'm leaving Tandem T-Slim and moving to Medtronic 780, i have the Dexcom G6 and this Guarding is such a faff! i cant understand why medtronic made such a cumbersome CGM? Tape over this, use this bit of tape, to be frank, im not looking forward to all this faffing about!

That’s a lot of tape for a sensor I use the g7 and don’t need that much tape

god. imagine doing this every 7 days, not to mention the transmitter might not last that. Can't you guys just do what dexcom does? i dont even need an over patch for mine

Medtronic, why do you insist on such a terrible design. Every other CGM is just a click, but you still use this ridiculous 9 step process that needs 2 people? Unless it changes I'll be getting a different brand of insulin pump when I upgrade in February 2025
